The house

The villa occupies a fenced plot between Son Mesquida and Son Valls. Its garden has four sun loungers and an outdoor shower, alongside a private chlorine pool measuring 8.5 by 4 metres and 1.3 metres deep. A shaded terrace overlooks the countryside, and a barbecue is available.

Inside, the sitting-dining room has satellite television and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, with direct access to the garden. Solar panels are installed.

There are two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a trundle bed. All three have ceiling fans and wardrobes. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; a separate shower bathroom serves the house. A cot is available, and a change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Felanitx is 3.3 km away. Portocolom beach is 18 km away, and Cala Marcal, Cala Ferrera and Cala Mondragó are a short drive away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 44.4 km away.
