The fenced grounds have flowers, plants and trees, mountain views, four sunloungers and an outdoor shower. Neighbours are nearby. The private saltwater pool measures 7 × 3 metres and is 0.5–1.30 metres deep.
Inside, the rustic Mallorcan-style living-dining room has satellite TV. The kitchen has a dining table, industrial gas cooktop, oven and microwave. A separate laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and direct garden access. One has two single beds and a wardrobe; the other has a double bed, dressing room and en-suite shower bathroom. A second bathroom has a bathtub. Two fans are available, and all rooms have mosquito nets. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby.
