## About the house

The Mediterranean-style villa stands within fenced grounds without immediate neighbours. Its private saltwater pool measures 11.5 × 6 metres and is 0.80–1.70 metres deep. A lawn, hammocks and an outdoor shower surround the pool. The adjoining porch has a kitchen with an electric pan and gas stove.

The ground floor has a living room with satellite TV, a dining room with seating for 10, and an equipped gas kitchen with another table. Two bedrooms contain one double bed and two single beds respectively; the double bedroom has outdoor access. There are two bathrooms with a bath or shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs are another living room and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. One twin bedroom opens onto a large terrace. All bedrooms have wardrobes. There are two further bathrooms upstairs, including one with a shower.

Four fans, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Two cots and two high chairs can be provided on request. Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for five cars are available.

Campos is 6 km away and has restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Es Trenc Beach is 17 km away. Nearby excursion destinations include Colònia de Sant Jordi, Cabrera island and Cala Pi.
