The terrace is surrounded by fruit trees and has four sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. Neighbours are nearby, so privacy is partial. There is no swimming pool.
The house occupies two floors. The ground floor has a living-dining room with Smart TV and a wood cooker, a fully equipped kitchen with a further dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a TV. Stairs lead to the upper bedroom, which has outside views and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A fan and radiator are available.
