The house

The rustic house has 100 m² of accommodation on one floor, with wooden beams and traditional furnishings. The living-dining room has a sofa, satellite TV with German channels only, a fireplace and a dining table for four. The separate kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave and electric coffee machine. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

One bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and fan; the other has two single beds, a wardrobe and fan. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby. There is an indoor bathroom with a bathtub and an exterior bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside, the private saltwater pool measures 8 × 4 metres and ranges from 0.8 to 1.8 metres deep. Sunbeds, outdoor tables, a barbecue and a children's play area are provided. The property grounds are fenced and offer privacy. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

The house is surrounded by mountains, 1.3 km from Mancor de la Vall and its basic services. Inca has supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The surrounding area offers opportunities for cycling and hiking; the nearest beach is Port d'Alcúdia.
