The house

The fenced property has a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 metres, with depths from 0.7 to 1.8 metres. A lawn with two sun loungers sits beside the pool, and the porch has a barbecue.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first-floor living-dining room, which has satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven and dining area, with access to the porch and pool. This floor also has a separate toilet and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom containing a separate shower and bathtub. The second floor has two further bedrooms and a shower bathroom; one bedroom has a balcony with mountain views. Across the three air-conditioned bedrooms there are two double beds and two single beds. Several rooms have televisions, but satellite channels are available only in the living room.

A baby cot and high chair can be provided. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for two cars are available.

Inca is about 2 km away and offers supermarkets, bars, traditional restaurants and shops, plus a Thursday street market selling artisan products, fruit and vegetables. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is approximately 25 km away.
