The house

The villa has three bedrooms, each with one double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. There are two full bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The air-conditioned living-dining room has a television and views of the garden and pool. Both the living room and the separate kitchen open directly onto the furnished porch.

The equipped kitchen has gas hobs, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. A cot and high chair can be supplied for babies. Towels and a hair dryer are available, and a change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Outside are a 10 × 5 m chlorine pool, six sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor shower, garden, terrace and barbecue. A children's play area has a swing and slide. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available.

Sa Pobla is 0.8 km away and has a Sunday market in its two main squares. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 13 km away; the coastal areas of Platges de Muro and Capellans also offer fine white sand beaches. Can Picafort offers daytime and evening entertainment, and water sports in the surrounding coastal area include windsurfing, kite surfing and jet skiing. Recycling bins are provided for paper, plastic, organic waste and glass; water-efficient fixtures, LED bulbs and double-glazed windows are installed.
