The house

The finca has a private saltwater pool measuring 10 × 5 metres, with depths of 1.40–1.90 metres, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A spacious paved outdoor area and three terraces provide spaces for outdoor meals and countryside views.

The house occupies two floors. The ground floor is mainly a passage and access area and contains a 17th-century olive press. The main living area is on the first floor, with an air-conditioned living room, satellite TV and an adjoining dining room. The equipped induction kitchen includes a microwave; a washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Wi-Fi is free.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with a shower or bathtub. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. There is an additional toilet. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

Consell lies in Mallorca’s Raiguer region, among vineyards and farmland near the Serra de Tramuntana. The town and Consell-Alaró train station are each 1.6 km away; Playa de Palma is 24.5 km away and Palma de Mallorca Airport is 23.6 km away.
