The house

The house has a private chlorine pool measuring 9 × 4 metres, with depths from 1 to 2.10 metres. A lawn and stone terrace surround the pool, with five sun loungers and parasols. Outside there is a furnished porch, garden and barbecue. The property boundary is fenced, neighbours are nearby, and passing trains can be heard from the adjoining railway.

An air-conditioned open-plan space combines two sitting areas, a dining table for five and the kitchen. The sitting areas have sofas and satellite television. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

There are three bedrooms, each with a closet; two bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double bed. The other bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for two cars are available.

Lloseta and its train station are 500 metres away. Biniamar and Inca are each 5 km away; Inca has a traditional Thursday market. Playa de Muro is 30 km to the north, and the Puerto de Alcúdia beach area is also 30 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 37 km away and the Puerto de Alcúdia ferry terminal is 31 km away.
