House rules
No smoking. No pets are allowed. A refundable €1,500 security deposit is required by credit-card hold with the last payment. A booking fee of €150 applies to every booking. The Balearic ecotax is €2.20 per person per night. Pool heating, if available and requested, costs €40 per night.
Getting there
