## About the house

A garden with fruit trees surrounds the 12 × 5 m chlorine pool, with an outdoor shower and sun loungers. The furnished porch has a ping-pong table, while the terrace has a chill-out area and a dining table for all guests. A mobile barbecue is available and is mainly kept in the kitchen.

The main house spans two floors. On the ground floor, the living-dining room has air conditioning, a Smart TV, a fireplace and a large dining table. The separate kitchen has a gas cooker and cooking utensils. A washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional toilet are available. Three first-floor bedrooms each have a double bed, mountain views and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The annex contains a fourth double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. A cot and highchair can be provided.

Wi-Fi and exterior parking for six cars are available. Búger is around 2 km away, with supermarkets, a medical centre, a pharmacy, bars, restaurants and a Thursday market. Platja d'Alcúdia is 15.2 km away.
