The finca has a lawn-surrounded chlorine pool measuring 8 × 3.5 metres, with a maximum depth of 1.90 metres and mountain views. Furnished terraces, a porch for outdoor meals and a mobile barbecue provide outdoor dining and relaxation areas.

The ground floor has a spacious dining room, an equipped kitchen with a gas cooker and microwave, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the living room has a Smart TV. All three bedrooms are on this floor, each with a double bed and a wardrobe. One bedroom opens onto a furnished terrace overlooking the Tramuntana mountains. There are two bathrooms in total.

A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for five cars are free. Self check-in and checkout are available.
