The rustic house has 117 m² of interior space on one floor and a 5,000 m² plot. The living-dining room has a Smart TV and a wood-burning cooker. The equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine and crockery.

There are three bedrooms: bedrooms 1 and 3 each have two single beds, and bedroom 2 has one double bed. One of the two bathrooms has a bath and shower; the other has a shower. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, fans and safe are provided. A cot and high chair are available for babies.

The private chlorine pool measures 4 × 8 metres and is 2.2 metres deep. The outdoor space includes a green area, terrace, parasols, sun loungers and a barbecue area beside a traditional cobbled porch. The finca offers privacy and outdoor parking for two cars.

Porreres is approximately 5 km away and has services for an independent stay. The surrounding rural area offers hiking and cycling. Playa des Trenc is the nearest beach, 24.5 km away, and Vall d'Or golf course is 28 km away.
