## About the house

The stone-clad house stands on a fenced plot with nearby neighbours and solar panels. Animals, including goats, occupy a separately fenced area. Outside are a garden, terrace, eight sunbeds, outdoor shower, barbecue and furnished porch. The private chlorine pool measures 12 × 6 metres and is 0.8–2.1 metres deep.

The main living room has a sofa, DVD and CD players, and satellite TV with German, English and Spanish channels. The equipped kitchen opens outdoors and includes a gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. The dining table seats ten. A separate laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The ground floor has a twin bedroom with a closet and a separate bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Upstairs are another living room and three double bedrooms; one has an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower and a walk-in closet. All four bedrooms have fans. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request.

Muro offers a supermarket, petrol station, bars and restaurants. The northern coast is 10–15 minutes away by car, with beaches at Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcudia. The Campanet caves and Ses Fonts Ufanes are less than 30 minutes away by car.

A car is needed. Muro town is 4.3 km away. Can Picafort Beach is 10.9 km away; the northern coast is 10–15 minutes away by car. Son Sant Joan Airport is 62.2 km away, Muro train station 9.5 km, the bus stop at Plaça del Convent in Muro 7.5 km, and Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 20.2 km. The house has two storeys.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
