The fenced property has a garden, a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 5 metres with depths from 1.10 to 2.10 metres, sun loungers, a porch, a barbecue and outdoor dining and seating areas.

The ground floor has a small living room, an equipped gas kitchen with a dining table, a separate dining room, a double bedroom with air conditioning, heating and garden access, a separate shower bathroom and an additional toilet. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which has a second living room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, plus the remaining four bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning and heating. Two upper-floor bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms: one with a hydromassage shower, the other with a standard shower and a dressing room. A separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a gym area complete the upper floor.

Air conditioning provides cooling only; oil heating is available. Wi-Fi is available, and a cot and high chair can be provided. Exterior parking accommodates five cars.

Intended for families and guests over 28 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season.
