Somewhere in Time I accommodates up to 12 guests across three levels, with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms plus one half bathroom. Multiple decks and a screened porch provide outdoor sitting areas.

Level 1 has a bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk and a trundle, a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a den with a wet bar, a garage game room with ping pong, and laundry facilities. Level 2 has a king ensuite with a standing shower and whirlpool tub, a queen ensuite with a shower/tub combination, and deck access from both bedrooms. A den with a double futon and the private hot tub are also on this level. Level 3 has an oceanside king ensuite with a shower/tub combination and deck access, a half bathroom, a great room with a gas fireplace, a kitchen with a double oven, a dining area, a screened porch and a ship’s watch.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Community facilities include tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access.

The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027. The home has municipal water and keyless entry.
