The covered patio has an outdoor dining table, lounge seating and a ceiling fan, opening onto a private backyard.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, private TV, ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and direct garden access. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and clothing storage. The main bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and separate shower.

A private laundry provides a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. The home has central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a secure garage and additional driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Free street parking is also available.

Somerton Park Beach is a five-minute drive away, and local cafés and dining options are within walking distance.
