House rules
No smoking. Saturday check-in and checkout. Dogs must be well-behaved and housebroken; cats are not allowed. Up to two pets are permitted in 2026. In 2027, one pet is permitted, with one additional pet allowed for $250 plus tax per week. Dogs have no weight limit. Pets are not permitted in the pool or hot tub. Violation of the pet policy may result in termination of tenancy.
Getting there
The beach is a very short walk away via Poteskeet Village Beach Access. Duck Village and its waterfront boardwalk, shops, restaurants, park and playground are within easy strolling distance. Parking is limited to six vehicles. Bed and bath linens are not provided. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
