The house

The first-floor living room has a sofa bed, television, DVD player and mini hi-fi system, with an integrated open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet, hairdryer and towel warmer. The attic bedroom has a Treca double bed measuring approximately 1.6 × 2 m and a television. A small south-facing balcony has views over meadows and fields.

Garden furniture and a beach-chair seating area behind the house are available, with the beach-chair area available approximately April–October. Heating, window privacy screens, an ironing board, two televisions, radio, CD player and Blu-ray player are provided. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, initial bathroom supplies, luggage service to and from the apartment, and a water carafe are included. The apartment participates in Sylt Go!, providing free public transport on Sylt.
