## About the house

Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Solmar accommodates up to six guests and has two balconies with views across the marina and Cleveland Bay. The upstairs open-plan lounge and dining area looks towards Townsville. Indoor dining seats six, and the large balcony has outdoor dining for six and an electric Weber barbecue.

The main bedroom has a king bed, water views, a private balcony, walk-in wardrobe and Smart TV. Its ensuite includes a large round bath, double rain shower and twin vanities. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, water glimpses and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has two king single beds, water glimpses and a built-in wardrobe. There are two ground-floor bathrooms and an additional upstairs powder room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster and Breville Nespresso pod machine with complimentary starter pods. Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, bed linens and a full laundry with washer and dryer are provided. Guests can use the shared outdoor Waters Edge pool overlooking the marina; pool towels are supplied.

Nelly Bay Beach, parks and the boat ramp are nearby. Cafes, restaurants, the IGA and ferry terminal are within walking distance, and a nearby bus stop provides access to the rest of Magnetic Island without needing a car. Tiny Palm at Jungle Club is around the corner. Guests bringing a boat can enquire directly with Magnetic Island Marina about berths. Parking is on the street only.
