The villa has a porch, garden, barbecue and upper terrace with two sun loungers, plus six loungers and parasols beside the private chlorine pool. The pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 0.9–1.7 metres deep.
Inside, the living-dining room has a sofa and satellite television. The equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and a table with chairs. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available.
There are four bedrooms with closets: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom on the main floor, and two twin bedrooms upstairs. A cot and high chair are available. Two shower bathrooms are inside the house, one on each floor; the outside laundry room also has a toilet and shower tray. Central oil heating and five fans are provided. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
