The apartment accommodates up to six guests on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Other accommodations occupy the same building. The living area has a double sofa bed, television and dining table. The three bedrooms include one room with one bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single sofa bed. Two bathrooms have showers, and a hairdryer is provided. All rooms open onto the furnished terrace, which has an outdoor dining table.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, mosquito nets, air conditioning and heating are available. There is one parking space inside the property.

The uphill location requires a vehicle to reach the center and beaches and is not suitable for access on foot. Nice Airport is about one hour and ten minutes away by car; Genoa Airport is just over two hours away by car. Sanremo train station is a 20-minute drive away.
