Listing description
The house combines traditional architectural features with modern touches. Outdoors, there are two porches, a large patio, a built-in barbecue, a chill-out area and outdoor sofas. The kitchen has direct access to a porch.
The air-conditioned living room has satellite TV and connects through a large archway to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Cooking facilities include a ceramic hob, oven and microwave. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and four fans are provided.
Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed. One bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom, and a second shower room serves the rest of the house. Up to two cots and two high chairs can be provided for babies. There is no swimming pool or property parking.
Cala Llombards beach is 650 metres away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Grocery shops, bars and restaurants are available in Cala Llombards. Cala s'Almunia, Caló des Moro and Mondragó Natural Park are nearby. The living-room fireplace cannot be used.
