The house

This second-floor apartment has lift access to the street and parking garage. The open living area has three-seat and two-seat lounges, a coffee table and TV, alongside a dining area with a six-seat timber table. Sliding glass doors lead to a large covered balcony with a four-seat outdoor dining setting, barbecue and views across CBD rooftops and church spires.

The open-plan kitchen includes a ceramic electric cooktop, air fryer, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and cooking essentials. Both bedrooms have queen beds, built-in wardrobes, panel heaters and mounted TVs. There is one full bathroom, a washing machine, air conditioning and double-glazed windows. Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and an iron are available.

Shopping, eateries and historic buildings are nearby in the CBD. Salamanca’s waterfront is a 10-minute stroll away, and Mona can be reached by ferry.
