Floyd's Retreat is a remodeled home on a corner lot, with expansive decks, an upper deck with views, and a gas grill. Beach access is across the street, and restaurants and shops are within walking distance in a dog- and bicycle-friendly neighborhood.
The living room has ample seating and a large smart TV. The full kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a center island, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove. There is a formal dining table. All four bedrooms have linens, TVs and central air-conditioning; towels are also provided. A private washer/dryer and free internet access are available.
Guests have access to the off-property pool at Club Hatteras in Avon. It is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting, and may close without notice. The home is managed by Hatteras Realty by Casago, LLC.
