The house

The first floor has a theater room with a 110-inch projector screen, Blu-ray player, beanbag chairs and a sofa with a chaise and ottoman.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, fireplace, private shower bathroom and furnished balcony. A second bedroom has two twin beds and a private shower bathroom.

The top floor has an open kitchen, dining and living area beneath a vaulted ceiling and skylight. The kitchen includes Thermador appliances and a four-seat breakfast bar. The living area has a chaise sofa, armchairs, TV and a gas fireplace, with a balcony overlooking town. A patio off the kitchen has a grill and private hot tub. The third bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed, a private bathroom with separate shower and tub, and patio access.

Free Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, bed linens, towels, and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided. Parking is available in the driveway and a heated one-car garage. Main Street offers shopping, dining and nightlife; the Town Lift is a short walk down Park Avenue. Construction of a new home is taking place next door.
