The house

The home accommodates up to eight guests and has four bathrooms, an open-plan living area, a wet bar, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island bar, and an adjacent dining table. Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer are available. The primary bedroom has direct pool access and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a large closet. The backyard has landscaping, palm trees, seating, a firepit, and a grill.

Community amenities include walking trails, parks, a putting green, and a playground. Extended stays are welcome. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, and cooking utensils. Linens, sheets, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum are provided.
