## About the house

The condo has an open-plan living space with natural light, mountain-themed accents and a river-rock gas fireplace. The living area includes a couch, loveseat, two armchairs, a TV and a Blu-ray player. A furnished deck offers mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cooking basics, dishes, a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator. There is a two-seat breakfast bar and a dining table for six. A washer and dryer are in the hall closet, and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.

All three bedrooms are on the main level. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV and private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. One guest bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a king bed; both use a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination. One guest bedroom also has a TV.

Guests have access to a community hot tub and exercise room. Free Wi-Fi, heating, a private entrance and an elevator are available. Parking is provided for one vehicle in the underground garage. Downtown Ketchum and hiking trails are a short walk away; River Run ski access is an eight-minute walk or three-minute drive.
