House rules
The responsible renter must be at least 25 years old unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and stay at the property throughout the rental. Guests under the applicable minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guest numbers must not exceed the reservation count or maximum posted occupancy of 10. The renter is responsible for all guests and their compliance with the rules. Stays are temporary only; the property cannot be used as a permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Booking is subject to the Avari Vacation Rental Agreement sent after booking. Unit-specific terms override these terms, and booking-channel terms control in the event of a conflict.
Getting there
A 4x4 is recommended in winter. Glacier Haus Bistro, Ratskeller and Charlie's Mt. View are within walking distance. Timberline Lodge and Mt. Hood Meadows are each less than 11 miles away.
