House rules

Maximum occupancy is nine people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval, with a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee per animal and $50/night rental fee per animal. Notify InvitedHome at booking about pets, emotional support animals or service animals and submit details for approval. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local team address is available on request for $50/package and $75 for larger items. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh scheduled and charged by the Reservation Team. Extended stays require additional cleaning arrangements and payment. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due at booking and the remainder 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, payments are non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Early check-in or late checkout requires written authorization by a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.

Getting there

Chair Lift 7 ski access is a short walk away. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is limited to two cars. Air conditioning is limited to the main bedroom.
