## About the house

The home accommodates up to 14 guests and has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom across three levels. Level 1 has a twin bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a recreation room with a pool table and access to the private outdoor pool and hot tub. Level 2 has four bedrooms, laundry facilities and a deck. Level 3 has a king bedroom, a great room, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area, a screened porch and a deck.

The kitchen includes a blender, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Outdoor amenities include furniture, a charcoal grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower and five beach chairs. The pool has an alarm. Community facilities include beach access, tennis courts and pickleball courts.

The electric fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31. Parking accommodates five vehicles. Saturday check-in is at 16:00 and Saturday checkout is at 10:00. Limited early check-in is available for an additional fee, subject to qualification and availability.

Pets are not allowed. No smoking is marked as new in 2027. Check-in and checkout are on Saturdays. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification and availability.
