Self check-in is used. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00 and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00; departure after 10:00 incurs an additional night charge. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance with identification details. Guests must follow condominium rules. Deliveries cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation.
