House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. The property has no socket designed for electric-vehicle charging; do not use domestic sockets for charging. A €800 refundable security deposit per booking is taken by card pre-authorization. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels €2; towel set €7; linen for a double bed €18 or single bed €14; end-of-stay cleaning €45; bath mat €3. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the reservation. Bed linen and towels are optional. The tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
Pors Carn Beach is 1.5 km away; La Torche is 3 km away. Penmarch is 2 km away. The adjoining cottage may be rented separately, subject to availability. The garden is not fenced; part of it is shared with the adjoining cottage. Private outdoor parking accommodates up to two vehicles. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
