House rules
Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances due to a homeowner allergy. A credit card preauthorization of $1,400.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before arrival codes are sent. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of at least 30 nights are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Vail InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability.
Getting there
The slopes and town are within walking distance. Ski shuttle service is available. Valet parking is limited to two cars and operates from 6:00am to 11:00pm.
