Listing description

The townhome has more than 3,600 square feet of living space, mountain views and entry on the second floor. The great room has two living areas: a fireplace seating area and a separate TV area. The kitchen includes commercial-grade Viking appliances, granite countertops and an island with four breakfast-bar stools. The dining table seats eight.

A private hot tub sits on the back patio. Ski storage includes hangers and benches, and the garage has a ping pong table. Other facilities include a grill, washer and dryer, smart TV, cable television and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials.

The lower-floor king bedroom has a private shower bathroom and an additional sitting area with a TV; the laundry room is also on this level. On the third floor, the primary king bedroom has a gas fireplace, private balcony and private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. A queen bedroom has a private shower bathroom, and the bunk bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The second-floor patio provides ski access via the designated Chipmunk Trail (Green) to Chair 6 Ski Trail. Base Lodge is a short walk away, and the free S.N.O.W. Bus takes guests to the resort. Driveway parking accommodates two vehicles. Ski-in/ski-out access is seasonal and weather-dependent.
