The house

The townhome sleeps up to 12 guests and has more than 3,600 square feet of living space, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Two living areas include a vaulted great room with large windows and a fireplace, and an entertainment area with an 82-inch television. Ski and boot storage and a boot warmer are available.

The kitchen has Viking appliances, granite countertops and a gas range. The dining table seats eight, with six additional seats at the breakfast bar. The private patio has a grill, an outdoor dining table for six and a private hot tub.

On the third floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed, a gas fireplace, a private balcony with French doors, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional third-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed and private bathroom: one with a shower and one with a shower/tub combination. The first-floor bunk room has two twin-over-queen bunk beds, two sleeper sofas described as leather futons, a large television and a private bathroom with a shower. A laundry room provides a full-size washer and dryer.

The patio provides access to the designated green Chipmunk Trail leading toward Chair 6. Ski-in/ski-out access is seasonal and weather-dependent. A free S.N.O.W. Bus serves the resort, with shuttle access into town also available.
