## About the house

The townhome sleeps up to 12 guests and has more than 3,600 square feet of living space, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Two living areas include a vaulted great room with large windows and a fireplace, and an entertainment area with an 82-inch television. Ski and boot storage and a boot warmer are available.

The kitchen has Viking appliances, granite countertops and a gas range. The dining table seats eight, with six additional seats at the breakfast bar. The private patio has a grill, an outdoor dining table for six and a private hot tub.

On the third floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed, a gas fireplace, a private balcony with French doors, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional third-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed and private bathroom: one with a shower and one with a shower/tub combination. The first-floor bunk room has two twin-over-queen bunk beds, two sleeper sofas described as leather futons, a large television and a private bathroom with a shower. A laundry room provides a full-size washer and dryer.

The patio provides access to the designated green Chipmunk Trail leading toward Chair 6. Ski-in/ski-out access is seasonal and weather-dependent. A free S.N.O.W. Bus serves the resort, with shuttle access into town also available.

The home spans three stories. Seasonal ski-in/ski-out access generally operates from late December to mid-February, weather permitting; this designation allows an approximately five-minute walk to the nearest run or lift without driving. From the patio, follow the designated green Chipmunk Trail toward Chair 6. A free S.N.O.W. Bus serves the resort, and shuttle access into town is available.

Smoking, vaping, parties and events are prohibited, including bachelor and bachelorette parties, golf parties and weddings. Check-in on December 25 is not allowed. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of an existing stay require assistance from the Guest Experience team.
