## About the house

The living area opens onto a patio with seating for two. The fully equipped kitchen has dining space for six, a microwave, oven and stove, plus Keurig and drip coffee makers. The private hot tub overlooks winter slopes and the summer golf course. Heating, air conditioning, television, a washer and dryer, an ironing board, a crib and fitness equipment are available.

Both bedrooms have a king bed, television and ensuite bathroom; the primary bedroom also has a fireplace. Bedrooms are supplied with linens, towels, pillows and comforters.

The Canyons Cabriolet is a short walk away. Park City's free transportation system provides access for exploring Main Street and Deer Valley Resort, and Canyons Village Connect provides a complimentary on-demand shuttle for ski-in/ski-out access. Canyons Golf Course is nearby. Other nearby attractions include Park City Mountain Resort, Utah Olympic Park, Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter, Kimball Art Center, Park City Golf Club and Jordanelle Reservoir.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and assigned underground parking for two vehicles are provided. Keypad self-check-in is available.

The person booking must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited. A smoking violation incurs a $500 fee for additional cleaning and related costs, plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
