The entrance hall leads to an open-plan kitchen and dining area with white units, reclaimed wood floors and a period fireplace. The light-filled galley kitchen overlooks the garden and includes a cooker, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery.

The living room has high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Juliet balconies, a marble fireplace, bookshelves, artwork, a sofa and TV. The bedroom is on the top floor and has large wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The bathroom contains a bath with an overhead shower and a wash basin; the WC is separate. The garden patio has seating, potted plants, surrounding trees and a Victorian brick wall.

The home has central heating, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, toiletries, towels and bed linen. Children and infants are welcome.
