House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Children and babies are accepted, but toddlers are not. Request preparation of the sofa bed when booking. The fireplace is ornamental. Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
Getting there
The entrance is on the second floor, reached by two flights of reasonably steep, winding stairs with no elevator. Sloane Square and the District and Circle Underground lines are a short distance away. Hyde Park is a short journey by public transport.
