## About the house

The apartment is in a secure, modern environment close to shops, banks, bakeries, restaurants, transport and coffee shops. A small white sandy beach is directly across the road. Two balconies and a BBQ area provide outdoor spaces overlooking the surrounding coast and city.

The equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is a large wooden dining table, a breakfast bar and a light-filled living room with a couch and TV. Full-length glazing frames the views; stackable doors open the sea-facing section, and electrically operated blinds provide privacy.

Both spacious bedrooms have storage space. Essential toiletries, hot water, a bathtub and room-darkening shades are provided. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available, as well as a laundry in the building. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The apartment is professionally cleaned and maintained, with support from a 24/7 team. Keys are collected from nearby Coco Safar, and self-check-in is offered.

A small white sandy beach is directly across the road, and the apartment is just off the Sea Point promenade. Uber or a private taxi is recommended for exploring. Scheduled loadshedding can interrupt electricity for a few hours at a time; the EskomSePush app provides schedules and notifications.

No smoking, pets, parties or events. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean takes place every 7 nights, including Day 8 and Day 15. Each clean includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal and costs R1,290, separate from the standard cleaning fee. This charge must be paid in advance through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre before check-in. Linen may be used for a maximum of 7 nights before replacement.
