The house

The main house has an open-plan living and dining area opening onto a sunny deck with a BBQ, plus a garden/patio and an outdoor shower. The property has undergone renovations and improvements, including a renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The main-house bedrooms contain a super king bed, a queen bed and two single beds. The separate sleepout contains a queen bed, a double sofa bed and a king single bed, with its own ensuite shower, basin and toilet. The sleepout is accessed externally. The main house has a shower room with basin and toilet, plus a separate toilet with basin; the advertised three bathrooms therefore include one toilet-only room.

The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge freezer, hobs, oven, dishwasher and toaster. A washing machine, dryer, iron, heating, TV and DVD player are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and off-road parking is available. There is no pool or hot tub.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, with pillows and duvets at the property. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.

The surf beach is a five-minute walk away. Local shops, a café, bar, restaurant and takeaways are a five-minute drive away. The Mount Pauanui summit walk offers views over the surrounding scenery.
