House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not allowed. All guests checking in must provide a passport or valid ID, as required by Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET). A security deposit of 1000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.
Getting there
Mall of the Emirates and JBR Beach are an 18–20-minute drive away. Restaurants, cafes and shopping outlets in JVC are within walking distance.
