Sleek in the East has an open floor plan, high ceilings, abundant natural light, updated bathrooms and kitchen, a spacious den or sitting room, and a large dining table. The three bedrooms contain one king bed and two queen beds, with bed linens supplied. There are two full bathrooms, one half bathroom and an outdoor shower; bath towels are provided.

The screened-in porch overlooks the landscaped backyard. Outdoor facilities include a private solar-heated pool, lounge chairs, table tennis, a fire pit and a grill. The home also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, pots and pans. A two-car garage provides parking.

East Hampton and Sag Harbor are a short drive away for shopping, dining and entertainment. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation; StayMarquis can facilitate requests through a Guest Experience Manager.

Private solar-heated outdoor pool. Outdoor pools are typically available from Memorial Day to Labor Day; inquire before booking about pool availability outside that period. For energy conservation, the pool heater may operate only from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

East Hampton and Sag Harbor are a short drive away. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.

The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Pets are prohibited unless express approval is provided. Smoking is not allowed. Reservations require approval before confirmation.

Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $85.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense.

Events of any size, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during the same stay require prior written host approval. Additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If the owner elects to reopen canceled dates and Marquis rebooks the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the original total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the new reservation is collected. If no new reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire.

In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement's coverage terms. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and schedule reasonable daytime showings.
