House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–06:00. The apartment is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. For bookings longer than seven nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every seven nights, on Day 8, Day 15 and so on. It includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal. The fee is R510 per clean, separate from the standard cleaning fee, and must be paid in advance before check-in via Airbnb's Resolution Centre.
Getting there
The CBD, CTICC and Bree Street are within walking distance. The V&A Waterfront and Cape Town Station are a short drive or MyCiti bus ride away. Cape Town International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Scheduled power outages occur in South Africa; the EskomSePush app provides schedules.
