House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must provide a passport or valid ID for the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) registration requirement. A security deposit of 2500 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellations within 14 days of arrival incur the total reservation price.
Getting there
The apartment is near the Expo 2020 Site's East Gate, Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) and Danube Metro Station.
