House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–06:00. Not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under two. For bookings longer than seven nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every seven nights, on Day 8, Day 15 and so on. Each clean includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal and costs R560, separate from the standard cleaning fee. Payment is required in advance through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre and must be settled before check-in.
Getting there
Roeland Street is a short walk away, with access to the MyCiti Bus network and nearby taxi routes. Cape Town Station is a short drive or walk away; a car is not needed to explore the city centre and V&A Waterfront. Scheduled power outages may occur; the EskomSePush app provides schedules. Nearby construction operates Monday to Saturday, 06:00–18:00. The apartment is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under two.
