Apartment 1501 has a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with large windows overlooking the city and mountains. The sleeping area has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The kitchen includes dishes and silverware, a kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator and stove. Hot water and shampoo are provided.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and shared access to the residents’ rooftop swimming pool and entertainment deck, with panoramic skyline views.

The apartment is close to District Six and the CBD. Truth Coffee Steampunk Cafe is steps away, and the District Six Museum, Castle of Good Hope and Cape Town Stadium are described as a short stroll away. The city centre’s shops, restaurants and nightlife are within easy walking distance; the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain are a short drive away.

Scheduled power outages may occur. Nearby construction takes place Monday to Saturday, 06:00–18:00. Stays longer than seven nights require a paid mid-stay clean every seven nights.

Nearby construction operates Monday to Saturday, 06:00–18:00. The apartment is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under two.

For bookings longer than seven nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every seven nights, on Day 8, Day 15 and so on. Each clean includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal and costs R560, separate from the standard cleaning fee.
