House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur a $200 additional cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches of house rules may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability assessed from the night before and incur an additional charge; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or additional night, subject to availability. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for personal belongings. Return of found items to an address within Australia is subject to postage and service fees; retrieval is not guaranteed. Booking protection through Travel Support covers lost baggage and emergency medical expenses with claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.

Getting there

The apartment is on Level 14 and the building has an elevator. Keynest self-check-in requires offsite key collection, which may not be available 24/7. Melbourne CBD is a short drive away, and nearby tram routes serve the CBD and surrounding suburbs. Melbourne Airport is accessible by car or rideshare; journey times depend on traffic.
