House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours, and guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Outside food and self-cooking are restricted because guests cannot access the kitchen, with limited kitchen access for mothers of infants or small children.
Getting there
The villa is perched on the edge of a cliff. Roads connecting to the property are described as good, but guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before travelling.
